On Wednesday, February 20th, jU's Director, Dan Libenson, will be the featured speaker at theUniversity of Chicago Divinity School Community Luncheon speaker series! This renowned weekly lunch series features guest speakers from the University community and beyond, exposing students, staff, faculty, and community members to new ideas and allowing them to engage in conversation with one another and with the speaker.
Dan's talk, "The Religious Innovator's Dilemma," will elaborate and expand upon his recent ELI Talk, "The Jewish Innovator's Dilemma," applying ideas drawn from the worlds of business and technology to the challenges faced by ancient religions in staying relevant in the modern world.
This event is open to the public, but the Divinity School requires that guests make reservations in advance. Payment of $5 can be made at the door, covering the vegetarian lunch prepared by Divinity School students.
